Personal Statement

I am a 1-yr phd student within IPAB in the School of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh, where my supervisor is Timothy M.Hospedales, who is the most cool guy in my mind. (Tim's Website)

I recieved my MA and BA in Management Science and Engineering from National University of Defense Technology (NUDT, which is a not-famous but mysterious university in China with the best computer science institute-----even though I am not major in CS, my major also ranks top 3 in China.)

I chose to quit my PhD study in Management Science in China (from 2017.02 to 2017.08), and joined in the new research field of Artificial Intelligence in Edinburgh (from 2017.09 to now). My research focuses on machine learning, particularly Structure Learning of Bayes Network and General Meta Learning, with both probabilistic and deep learning approaches. I love this change of my life, embracing challenges makes me feel alive. Please feel free to contact with me, whenever you have some questions or collaboration intention..
